A young Egyptian protester breaks down in tears after hearing the sentencing for former President Hosni Mubarak and interior minister Habib al-Adly. Many people saw the sentencing as a political tactic to silence people while eventually releasing Mubarak from prison. Mubarak was sentenced to 25 years in prison, the maximum term in the Egyptian legal system, but many wanted to see him executed for corruption and giving orders to kill protesters during the country’s 18-day revolution.
